BioI am a young woman quitting alcohol. I gave up three years of my life due to alcohol. Alcohol was a major part of my life and idenity all through college. I realized I need to get rid of alcohol. I didn't realize how much alcohol had control of my life. Whenever I first tried to stop, I felt a huge empty hole. I drank every day and was drunk every day. Now, without alcohol, I felt like I lost a huge part of my idenity. Now, without alcohol, I need to find myself again.
